Diwal or Angel Wing is one capiz delicacies delicious food actually it has it's own feast the "Diwal Festival" where the capizeneos are celebrating of harvesting diwal and this kind of seashell is not just like ordinary seashell it has it's own taste and aroma or delicious odor, and this festival they sell diwal in higher price, the price is nothing when the taste is amazing.



The Dried Fish is the main source of Capiz Delicacies, because capiz is rich in fish and the 60% of fish they got is transform into dried fish or what filipino called the "Tuyo" in tagalog or "Uga" in bisaya, this kind of fish is salty but tasty this fish can buy in other region of Visayas but the main resources that the visayas got is from Capiz.
