Great Dish of Capiz


This is a dish of Gigi Matias Obera, she made this to promote the tabagak industry. i already taste it and its very delicious because the tabagak is together with its perfect mate the kamatis or tomatoe and the fried egg with fried rice. Yummy! when i finished eating this, my dummy is full and happy because i taste the special capiz delicacies dish. Some of our colleague filipinos don't like to eat example is the tabagak but when you taste it you will find and find the tabagak because of its good taste.

Pinakbet is a food that have a different kinds of vegetables like Ampalaya, Kalabasa, Tuloy and with special Shrimp and the best one to put in pinakbet to make it delicious is the Bagoong. Bagoong give delicious taste to Pinakbet. This food is full of nutrients contains because of different kind of vegetable it has, this dish is truly Filipino Food. How to make a Dinuguan



Filipinos are very artistic when talking to food like they are experimenting some part of animals inner body like the liver, heart, brain, blood, and etc and that is some of the ingredients to have a special and delicious Dinuguan, Capiz Delicacies is expert when talking to Dinuguan because capiz have many sources to making this food because there are lots of animals like chickens, cow, carabao and pig.

Here are the procedure how to make delicious Dinuguan:

Ingredients:
  1. Cooking oil, about 3 tablespoons
  2. 1 Sliced Onion
  3. 1/4 cup ginger
  4. 1 kilo pork meat, it is nice to choose pork belly then slice it into small cubes.
  5. 4 gloves garlic, crushed
  6. 1 pigs heart, boil it until it soften and then slice in to small cubes.
  7. 1/2 kilo porks brain
  8. 1/4 kilo porks liver, slice it into small cubes
  9. 2-4 pork blood
  10. 2-5 pork stock
  11. 1 Red bell pepper, slice it into strips 
  12. 1/2 cup of vinegar
  13. Salt to taste
Procedure:
  1. Boil the 1 kilo of roasted pig with all the ingredients and wait until the pig is becomes soft
  2. Reduce the liquid until the color becomes delicious after a few minutes.
  3. And now you can serve delicious and yummy Dinuguan.




How to make a French Fries


In my blog i've posted already a french fries but i forgot to put the procedure how to make a yummy french fries. Capiz Delicacies as i was said that is very popular when talking to food like this french fries, like Nestas they are making a crispy french fries with sweet mayo. This will show the procedure how to make a yummy french fries:

Ingredients:
  1. Potato (it is good when it is big)
  2. Iodized Salt
  3. Ice Water (Ice)
Procedure:
  1. First is slice the Potato's outside layer or we called it the skin.
  2. then slice it into pieces like rectangular shape.
  3. then wash it with water to remove the dirt and other substances.
  4. then drain it to remove the water.
  5. Put it in a bowl with water and then put the ice water or rather the ice and then leave it about 30 minutes. (it is not recommended to put the ice, i only put it in my procedure so that the output of the french fries will be crispy, if you want just leave the step 5)
  6. After that spice some iodized salt
  7. next is boil the oil and then when the oil is hot put the french fries to fries it.
  8. and then that it, you can now eat or serve your yummy homemade french fries.
