How to make a Dinuguan



Filipinos are very artistic when talking to food like they are experimenting some part of animals inner body like the liver, heart, brain, blood, and etc and that is some of the ingredients to have a special and delicious Dinuguan, Capiz Delicacies is expert when talking to Dinuguan because capiz have many sources to making this food because there are lots of animals like chickens, cow, carabao and pig.

Here are the procedure how to make delicious Dinuguan:

Ingredients:
  1. Cooking oil, about 3 tablespoons
  2. 1 Sliced Onion
  3. 1/4 cup ginger
  4. 1 kilo pork meat, it is nice to choose pork belly then slice it into small cubes.
  5. 4 gloves garlic, crushed
  6. 1 pigs heart, boil it until it soften and then slice in to small cubes.
  7. 1/2 kilo porks brain
  8. 1/4 kilo porks liver, slice it into small cubes
  9. 2-4 pork blood
  10. 2-5 pork stock
  11. 1 Red bell pepper, slice it into strips 
  12. 1/2 cup of vinegar
  13. Salt to taste
Procedure:
  1. Boil the 1 kilo of roasted pig with all the ingredients and wait until the pig is becomes soft
  2. Reduce the liquid until the color becomes delicious after a few minutes.
  3. And now you can serve delicious and yummy Dinuguan.
